Goals for School Year 2009-2010
- Develop a strategic vision for what ACS should look like by 2015: elements to include: facilities, composition of student body, program of instruction, etc. (Joseph Hanania - Chair)
- Design a "development program" to generate non-tuition sources of income for the school. (Darryl Robinson - Chair)
- Recommend a school governance structure that promotes institutional sustainability and maximum board effectiveness—noting any necessary changes in current constitution, by-laws and/or policies. (Azad Keval - Chair)
- Establish a mechanism that will insure systematic, regular review of board policies to insure their currency. (Mark Lewis - Chair)
