Healthier people are happier and more productive and a healthy lifestyle is crucial to high performance. One of our strategic priorities is Healthy Balance where we want our students and community to be thoughtful and intentional in their decisions and actions to promote balanced and healthy lifestyles.
In conjunction with the Healthy Choices unit, our grade 6 advisory students got a hands on opportunity to put their knowledge to the test. Students came together to plan a healthy lunch and prepare a healthy meal using eggs made in six different ways. Looks delicious!
