ACS is duly recognized by the Middle States Association of Colleges & Schools (MSA).
We successfully completed the comprehensive re-accreditation process most recently in the 2019-2020 academic year, a distinction that extends through December 2027.
Ensuring Excellence
Accreditation verifies an educational institution's commitment to delivering a standard of excellence in its educational programs, services, activities, and resources, meeting the expectations of its community of stakeholders, and earning recognition in the broader educational sphere. When the Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools (CESS) bestows accreditation upon a school, it signifies that the institution has effectively met the rigorous quality standards set forth by the MSA.
MSA Leading Schools
For our current re-accreditation cycle, which commenced in the 2020-2021 school year, ACS has chosen to pursue an action research approach as outlined in The Sustaining Excellence Protocol. This option is only available for what MSA calls “leading schools.” This decision reflects our unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and our enthusiasm for pioneering new approaches in the pursuit of re-accreditation.
