Health Center Hours   

Sunday – Thursday 

7:40 am – 4:00 pm   

A Nurse is also available during after school sports, activities and special school events.    

Parent Checklist 

All children entering ACS are required to have up-to-date boosters against diphtheria-tetanus, polio and measles-mumps-rubella (MMR). Students are also required to have a PPD TB skin test within 45 days of enrollment at ACS

  • Make sure the school has updated emergency contact information for primary and secondary contact 
  • Inform the Health Center of any pre-existing and new health condition
  • Inform the Health Center when your child has a condition that is contagious
  • Notify the Health Center of any medication your child must take during school hours 

In the best interest of the community’s wellness, please keep your children at home if they have the following symptoms:   

  • Fever 37.8 Centigrade (100 F) or greater 
  • Fever within the last 24 hours 
  • Frequent and/or hard coughing 
  • A flu or bad cold 
  • Vomiting 
  • Diarrhea 
  • Head lice or nits 
  • Unidentified rash 
  • Any other symptoms that  may be contagious
